Well no shit, of course he’s still a suspect. Clearly pseudo-intellectual social justice tumblr users don’t know much about how the justice system works here. He has not been on trial yet and is innocent until proven guilty. Everyone who has seen an episode of Cops knows this. And I don’t even understand why this poorly made image even includes the fact that he’s alive, as it doesn’t have to do with anything. He’s is most likely going to receive a death sentence and his fellow inmates will probably kill him before he is executed anyway.

And I’m not even going to get started on the race part. I’m not even going to get into that because I don’t have the time or energy or fucks to give with the idiots who put this together. Learn a thing or two about media sensationalism. They call him a top student because he was a top student. He was disturbed and depressed.
