How am I supposed to shower when there are two giant cockroaches in my bathroom?

Only one of them is dead. The other is still dying and they’re both at least two and a half inches long.

I know it’s not like they’re going to come after me or anything but I can’t even walk past my bathroom without screaming a little.

update: The first one got stuck in the vaccuum hose and now I can’t get the other one because it made the most disgusting sound and I want to throw up.
